Cisgender heterosexual males (CHm) and females (CHf) (n=110), cisgender non-heterosexual males and females (C-MSM and C-WSW; n=264), and transgender individuals (TG; n=24) were included in the participant pool. C-MSM participants exhibited a greater tendency to report daily or weekly alcohol and illicit drug use, as well as prescription medication misuse, compared to CHf participants (adjusted odds ratios, aOR, of 564 [237-1341], 442 [156-1253], and 2913 [380-22320], respectively). Additionally, C-MSM participants more often reported travel to meet romantic or sexual partners.
